ST. ALBANS, VT — Vermont State Police have cited a Richford man in connection with a burglary and theft of an ATV in Fletcher.
Larry Garrow, 38, was cited on burglary and grand larceny charges.
Garrow, who is currently incarcerated at Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, was issued a citation to appear at Franklin Superior Court, Criminal Division, on July 21, 2026 at 8 a.m.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were notified at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 20 of a burglary and the theft of an ATV and several tools from a business on Taylor Road in Fletcher.
Troopers determined the incident occurred early that day and may be related to other thefts in the immediate area.
The victim was identified as Schuyler Lamphere, 40, of Fletcher.
State Police are still investigating the incident as it is believed other individuals may have been involved.
Troopers are still looking to recover the stolen ATV, a red Yamaha Grizzly 700 with an extended rear rack.
Recent information indicates the ATV may be in the Bakersfield area.
