PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are investigating an incident of vandalism at Alpha Park early Sunday morning.
A side-by-side utility terrain vehicle was observed driving through the park and striking portable toilets, knocking them over, at approximately 12:56 a.m. May 17, 2026.
The Phillipsburg Police Department is asking anyone in the area with surveillance footage that may have captured the vehicle before, during or after the incident to contact authorities.
Anyone with information regarding the vehicle or operator is asked to call 908-835-2002.
Anonymous tips are welcome, and all information can be kept confidential, police said.
