Non-fatal shooting investigated in Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured.

Hartford Police officers responded to 100 Weston Street on a report of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a gunshot victim.

The victim, a male in his forties, was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

His injury is described as non-life-threatening.

The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and have assumed the investigation.
