ROCHESTER, MA — Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants Tuesday afternoon during a proactive patrol.
Toni Alves was arrested on a felony no-bail warrant for possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug and possession of a Class B drug.
Aaron Fernandes was arrested on a felony no-bail warrant.
Both were taken into custody by the Rochester Police Department.
The arrests were made during routine patrol activity in the town.
