CRANSTON, RI — Two people were arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Route 295 late Saturday night.
At 10:53 p.m., troopers arrested Reinaldo Capo Rosario, 55, of Florida City, Florida, for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content unknown, first offense; violation of a no contact order, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Gretchen Martinez, 45, of New London, Connecticut, was also arrested at 10:53 p.m. for violation of a no contact order, first offense.
Both arrests resulted from troopers responding to the accident.
Capo Rosario was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center where he was held as a probation violator.
Martinez was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
She was released with a future Third Division District Court date.
Woman arrested on DUI charge in Lincoln

LINCOLN, RI — A woman was arrested early Sunday morning following a motor vehicle stop on Route 99.
At 2 a.m., troopers arrested Anabel Perez, 32, of Manville, for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .10 to .15, first offense.
Her blood alcohol content registered 0.112 in phase one and 0.108 in phase two.
Perez was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
She was released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
