WILLIAMSPORT, PA — A 31-year-old woman turned herself in to police Thursday on a felony retail theft warrant.
Taleea A. Hill was arrested by the Lycoming Regional Police Department on May 7.
The arrest warrant was issued on Jan. 8, 2024.
Hill was arraigned and processed following her arrest.
She was released on unsecured bail.
