SHAFTSBURY, VT — A Bennington man was arrested on an active warrant late Monday night.
Nathan Silva, 35, of Bennington, was taken into custody at approximately 11:16 p.m. on Rod and Gun Club Road.
Troopers from the Shaftsbury Barracks received information that Silva was at an address on Rod and Gun Club Road and responded to the location.
Silva was known to have an active arrest warrant.
Troopers made contact with Silva and took him into custody without incident.
Silva was lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility in Rutland and held on $2,000 bail.
He was issued a citation to appear before Bennington County Criminal Court on May 6, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
