SAUGERTIES, NY — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a petit larceny charge Saturday evening.
Zachary T. Wagner, of Kingston, was taken into custody at approximately 7:30 p.m. May 3, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Wagner was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Wagner is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
