MAYNARD, MA — Police arrested a local woman on drug trafficking charges following the execution of a search warrant at her residence.
Beetherly Pierre, 29, of Maynard, was charged with trafficking fentanyl (over 10 grams), trafficking cocaine (36-100 grams), possession with intent to distribute codeine promethazine, and possession of a stun gun.
On April 15, Maynard Police executed a search warrant at Pierre’s residence on Dawn Road as a result of a lengthy investigation.
During the search, officers located a large quantity of suspected illegal narcotics, including suspected fentanyl and cocaine, as well as digital scales, packaging materials, ledgers, and multiple cell phones.
Between 250 and 300 pills, totaling 68 grams in weight, were seized, containing both fentanyl and cocaine.
Pierre was also arrested on a warrant obtained by Malden Police.
On Monday, May 4, Pierre was arraigned on the Maynard Police Department’s charges in Concord District Court.
“This case reflects our department’s unwavering commitment to aggressively investigating drug activity and holding offenders fully accountable,” Chief Troiano said.
“We will continue to pursue these cases to protect the safety of our community.”
Pierre is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
