NEW CASTLE, PA — A 61-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on charges of failure to comply with registration requirements and indecent assault.
Douglas E. Young, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by the New Castle Police Department on May 5.
An arrest warrant was issued Monday by Honorable Melissa A. Amodie.
Young is charged with failure to comply with registration requirements under Megan’s Law and indecent assault.
He was arraigned Tuesday before Magistrate Amodie.
The case has been assigned docket number CR217-2026.
Young is being held by the New Castle Police Department.
