COLUMBIA, PA — A man faces drunken driving charges following an incident early Friday morning.
Lester Stuart Welsh Jr., 37, of Columbia, was arrested at approximately 1:11 a.m. Friday in the area of Purples Lane and Maple Street.
Welsh is charged with driving under the influence at the highest rate of alcohol and accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property.
The Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges.
