WIND GAP, PA — A man was charged with attempting to illegally purchase a firearm and providing false information to authorities.
Frederick Grant Milford, 27, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned April 8 before Magisterial District Judge Kemmerer on charges of sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities.
A detective received notice April 2 from the Pennsylvania State Police requesting an investigation regarding a prohibited person attempting to purchase a firearm at 228 South Broadway on Dec. 16.
