TRENTON, NJ — Three juveniles were arrested after police responding to a report of a disorderly group discovered handguns in their possession.
Patrol Officers Derick Tosado, Jovani Romero, and Za’Quay Cullers were dispatched to 121 South Cook Avenue at approximately 5:05 p.m. on April 27, 2026.
The officers encountered a group of juveniles at the location.
During the investigation, officers found that two of the juveniles were in possession of handguns.
The juveniles were taken into custody without incident.
A third weapon was recovered at the scene.
The weapons were identified as a semi-automatic 9mm Taurus, a semi-automatic 9mm SSCY, and a semi-automatic 45 caliber Taurus.
The juvenile offenders were transported to Trenton Police Headquarters and processed for unlawful possession of a firearm.
