CURWENSVILLE, PA — The Curwensville Borough Police Department arrested a man on child exploitation charges following an investigation that involved a civilian group using a decoy representing a minor.
Police identified the suspect as Ethan Quinn Henry.
The department said additional individuals have come forward with information since the arrest.
“When one victim finds the courage to speak, others often follow,” police said in a statement released Thursday.
Authorities are encouraging anyone who may have been affected or who has information related to the case to contact the department.
Police emphasized that all criminal investigations must be conducted by law enforcement to ensure evidence is lawfully obtained and cases are prosecutable.
The department said it is limited in what it can release due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
