HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A traffic stop attempt led to the arrest of a woman on an eluding charge April 21, 2026.
Police attempted to stop a sedan, but the vehicle failed to stop and continued driving, disregarding the officer’s lights and sirens.
The vehicle was eventually located and the operator was identified as Kayla Santos Da Silva, 24, of Pennsylvania.
Investigation revealed the driver had an arrest warrant out of Philadelphia.
Santos Da Silva was taken into custody on scene.
She was charged with one count of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.
