Man arrested on felony drug and weapon charges in Troy

TROY, NY — The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Troy man on felony drug and weapon charges while he was being released from the Albany County Correctional Facility.

Antoine L. Miller, 33, of Troy, was taken into custody on April 21, 2026.

The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on April 15, 2026, at approximately 8:45 p.m.

Miller was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 2nd degree, a class A-II felony; criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell, a class B felony; criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony; and criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony.

Miller was arraigned before Schaghticoke Town Justice Ryan and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail due to the seriousness of the charges.

He is scheduled to appear in Troy City Court on April 27, 2026.
