RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on multiple warrants while he was riding a scooter on Center Street.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were conducting patrol on Center Street at approximately 10:25 a.m. April 22, 2026, when they observed Craig Fuller, 40, of Richford, riding a scooter.
Troopers knew Fuller had multiple active warrants for his arrest.
The warrants were for two counts of petit larceny $900 or less and one count of retail theft $250 or less.
Fuller was taken into custody and transported to Franklin County Superior Court.
Following a court hearing at 1 p.m., Fuller was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans.
He was held on $200 bail.
