EASTON, PA — Police arrested a woman accused of stealing merchandise from a grocery store Saturday afternoon.
Forks Township Police responded to Weis Markets at 3825 Sullivan Trail at 4:30 p.m. for a retail theft report.
A loss prevention employee reported a female had stolen $58.31 in merchandise from the store.
Police identified the suspect as Kristen Ashley Gallagher, 40, of Pennsylvania.
Gallagher was charged with one count of retail theft and one count of receiving stolen property, both second-degree misdemeanors.
