PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl.
Mahsiya Grant was last seen Sunday at 8 a.m. on the 2100 block of North 5th Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds.
Grant was last seen wearing black pants and a black sweatshirt.
