HOLYOKE, MA — Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan announced that members of the Holyoke Police, Massachusetts State Police and ATF Task Force seized three illegal firearms and suspected cocaine after executing a search warrant on Allyn Street.
At approximately 5:05 a.m. Friday, members of the Massachusetts State Police STOP Team, Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit, ATF Task Force and Holyoke Police Department executed a search warrant at an apartment on Allyn Street.
Jordan Collazo, 19, of Holyoke, was detained pending the search.
During a search of the home, investigators located three firearms including a shotgun and rifle, approximately 29 rounds of loose ammunition and suspected cocaine.
One of the firearms had an extended magazine, making it capable of holding 15 rounds of ammunition.
Collazo was placed under arrest.
He is charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card (two counts), possession of a large capacity firearm without a license, possession of ammunition with an FID card (two counts), possession of a high-capacity feeding device and improper storage of a firearm near a minor (three counts).
