BARTON, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Maple Hill Road near May Farm Road on April 21, 2026.
Troopers from the Derby Barracks responded to the scene at approximately 9:27 a.m.
The vehicle, a 2009 Subaru Forester, was unoccupied when emergency personnel arrived.
Investigation revealed the operator lost control of the vehicle, which spun out and eventually overturned after hitting a utility pole.
The Subaru sustained windshield and front-end damage.
The crash remains under investigation.
