Traffic stop leads to arrests, recovery of missing juvenile in Portland

PORTLAND, ME — Portland Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Hanover Street and Lancaster Street at approximately 8:35 p.m. April 20.

Passengers in the vehicle were identified during the stop.

One passenger, a 17-year-old juvenile male, was found to have a full extraditable warrant out of Androscoggin County.

He was arrested and transported to Long Creek Youth Development Center.

A second passenger, Wyatt Boulette, 19, of Springvale, was charged with Operating After Suspension or Revocation and Violating Conditions of Release.

He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail.

A third passenger, a 17-year-old female, was identified as a missing juvenile out of Tilton, New Hampshire.

She was taken to the Portland Police Department, where she was later released to her mother.
