FALL RIVER, MA — A 47-year-old man faces multiple charges related to child pornography and illegal firearms possession following the execution of a search warrant at an auto repair shop.
Detectives assigned to the Major Case Division executed a search warrant at 115 Maple Street, the location of Eddie & Sons Auto and Body Repair, on April 16, 2026.
The warrant was issued as part of an investigation involving Eddie Felciano, 47, of Fall River.
The investigation originated from a CyberTipline report received through the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, following a referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The investigation initially focused on the possession of child pornography.
During the execution of the search warrant, detectives located five firearms and ammunition within the business and associated residence.
The firearms recovered included a Smith & Wesson .45 caliber pistol, a Ruger revolver, an Iver Johnson TP22 pistol, a Polymer 80 pistol, and an AR-style rifle.
Detectives also seized multiple large-capacity feeding devices, assorted firearm accessories, and an AR-style rifle upper receiver.
The Polymer 80 pistol and AR-style rifle were determined to be untraceable, as they lacked serial numbers.
Felciano does not possess a valid license to carry firearms.
Further investigation revealed that Felciano was not only in possession of child pornography but was also involved in its production.
Felciano was charged with three counts of firearm, possess large capacity; five counts of firearm without FID card, possess; two counts of firearm, untraceable, receive; two counts of firearm, untraceable, possess in felony; two counts of feeding device, possess large capacity; ammunition without FID card, possess; three counts of firearm in felony, possess; child in sexual act, pose/exhibit; child pornography, possess; photograph unsuspecting nude person; and trafficking of person for sexual servitude.
Felciano was held on $500,000 bail.
