Multiple arrests made in Vestal

VESTAL, NY — The Vestal Police Department arrested 14 people on various charges over a recent period.

Alex Aguirre Gonzalez, 31, of Endicott, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 blood alcohol content, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, unlicensed operator and moving from lane unsafely after a traffic stop.

Ramon Vargas Jr., 30, of Binghamton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 blood alcohol content, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operator and speed in zone after a traffic stop.

Dinahlee Santiago, 25, of Binghamton, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from TJ Maxx.

Steven Fish, 41, of Port Crane, was arrested for petit larceny and possession of burglary tools for shoplifting from Kohl’s and possessing wire cutters.

Adam Domino, 55, of Vestal, was arrested as a fugitive from justice after an investigation found he had a warrant for his arrest out of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Gow, 39, of Vestal, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree, stalking in the fourth degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree for violating a valid no-harassment order of protection by contacting the victim numerous times by text and phone calls and responding to her place of employment.

Margaret Lints, 63, of Endicott, was arrested for burglary in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child for unlawfully entering a residence and taking property from a child’s room while the child was sleeping.

Jared Divis, 44, of Ithaca, was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree for possessing a shotgun after previously being convicted of a crime.

Wade Pleus, 41, of Conklin, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, no turn signal prior to 100 feet of a turn and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree for possessing methamphetamine during a traffic stop.

Mark Dunn Jr., 27, of Vestal, was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, menacing in the second degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child for approaching the victim with a pocketknife during a domestic dispute in the presence of three children.

Collin Mack, 25, of Binghamton, was arrested for assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree for striking the victim in the face with his hand and fist, causing injury and damaging the victim’s cell phone during an altercation.

Sierra Kooiman, 33, was arrested for grand larceny in the fourth degree, burglary in the third degree, false personation, evading by concealment of identity, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree for entering Target after previously being trespassed from the location, shoplifting merchandise valued over $1,000 while wearing a mask, giving a false name, pulling away from the officer trying to arrest her and possessing fentanyl.

Sara Muskas, 40, of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Best Buy.

Rakim Walker-Russell, 25, of Binghamton, was arrested for criminal mischief in the fourth degree, resisting arrest, harassment in the second degree and attempted assault of police officer in the second degree for striking the victim in the face with an open hand, causing pain, preventing the victim from using her cell phone to call 911, pulling away from officers attempting to arrest him and attempting to strike and bite the officer who was arresting him after a physical domestic incident.
