NICHOLS, NY — A man was arrested on an active warrant stemming from a larceny investigation at Tioga Downs Casino and Resort, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
Anthony C. Perez, 26, of Binghamton, was arrested on April 9, 2026.
The warrant resulted from an investigation into a larceny complaint at the casino.
During the investigation, authorities found that Perez took various items from another person’s vehicle.
Perez was arraigned in CAP Court before Justice Simmons and was released.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Nichols Court at a later date.
