MEDINA, NY — The Medina Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a robbery that occurred on Feb. 14, 2026, in the village.
Javon J. Presley, 37, of Niagara Falls, turned himself in to the Medina Police Department on April 16, 2026, pursuant to an arrest warrant.
Sgt. Reeves and Officer Meredith conducted the investigation that identified Presley as a suspect.
Presley has been charged with burglary in the second degree, robbery in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree – credit card, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
He was processed and transported to the Orleans County Jail pending arraignment.
