LOWELL, MA — Two people were arrested on drug trafficking charges following a search warrant execution in the Back Central neighborhood earlier this week.
Members of the Lowell Police Department Special Investigations Section, with assistance from NEMLEC SWAT, seized 4.7 grams of cocaine, 19.4 grams of crack cocaine, 244.5 grams of fentanyl and cash during the operation.
An adult male and female were arrested in connection with the investigation.
Both were charged with trafficking cocaine (18 grams or more) and trafficking fentanyl (200 grams or more).
