UTICA, NY — Police are investigating a shooting that damaged a residence but left no one injured.
Officers responded to the 1500 block of Seymour Avenue at approximately 2:25 a.m. April 14, 2026, after a ShotSpotter alert detected multiple rounds being fired.
Police found five spent shell casings at the scene.
Several rounds entered a residence in the area.
No injuries were reported.
The Utica Police Department GIVE Unit is investigating the incident.
