Woman arrested on larceny charge in Halfmoon

HALFMOON, NY — A Troy woman was arrested Thursday on a felony larceny charge stemming from an incident last summer.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received a larceny complaint on Aug. 29 at a business on Guideboard Road in the town of Halfmoon.

Jamie Wallbank, 39, of Troy, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony.

Wallbank is accused of stealing more than $1,000 from the business by using its credit card for unauthorized personal purchases.

She was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera of the Halfmoon Town Court pending proceedings in that court.
