PENN YAN, NY — A 43-year-old man was arrested on charges of forcible touching and second-degree harassment after allegedly grabbing an intimate area of another person without consent.
William R. Jensen, of Penn Yan, turned himself in to Penn Yan Police, where he was processed on the charges.
Jensen was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
