Woman charged with criminal mischief in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — A woman turned herself in to police after allegedly damaging a vehicle on the city’s South side.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st Platoon responded to a South side address for a criminal mischief complaint at about 10:34 a.m. April 4, 2026.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim.

She told officers that Natasha S. Lockett, 25, of Jamestown, damaged her vehicle by throwing a brick through her window, causing it to break.

Lockett fled the scene after the incident.

She later turned herself in to the Jamestown Police Department.

Lockett was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

She is being held pending arraignment.
