PENN YAN, NY — A man was arrested on driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right charges following a traffic stop on Liberty Street.

William R. Jensen, 43, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police after officers received a complaint about an intoxicated person leaving in a vehicle.

The caller pointed out the vehicle to responding officers as it traveled toward Liberty Street.

Further charges are pending depending on the blood draw results.
