SARATOGA COUNTY, NY — A Frankfort woman was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging her with hindering prosecution in the second degree, a class E felony.
Lanessa R. Stewart, 36, of Frankfort, is accused of rendering criminal assistance to Joseph E. Hess IV, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Hess was charged with assault in the first degree and robbery in the first degree, among other charges, following an incident at the McDonald’s on Church Avenue in the town of Ballston on Oct. 16.
Stewart was arraigned before Judge James E. Davis in Saratoga County Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
