BRISTOL, CT — Police arrested a man after he barricaded himself inside a home on Violet Drive on March 26, 2026.
Officers responded to 37 Violet Drive at 12:45 p.m. to serve two active arrest warrants on Jared Plantamuro.
Plantamuro refused to come out of the house.
The Central Region Emergency Response Team made entry into the home and found Plantamuro hiding in the attic.
He was arrested without further incident.
Plantamuro was charged with interfering with an officer, two counts of violation of a protective order and two counts of violation of a restraining order.
He is being held on $200,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in New Britain Superior Court on March 27, 2026.
