Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports 20 arrests

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly arrest report covering recent law enforcement activity in the county.

Amanda M. Ackley, 32, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the city of Binghamton.

Nicholas A. Ambrose, 25, of Binghamton, was charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Natalia J. Cole-Root, 19, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.

Runell A. Decker Sr., 37, of Deposit, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor, following a trespassing investigation in the town of Sanford.

Dayshawn N. Dobson, 29, of Johnson City, was charged with aggravated family offense, a class E felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Amanda L. Florance, 38, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Brooklyn M. Francis, 20, of Chenango Forks, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the town of Dickinson.

Samuel J. Hartung, 39, of Endicott, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, following an investigation into criminal mischief at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Benjamin M. Houlihan, 45, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Brooke E. Klinegardner, 29, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the city of Binghamton.

Mikaella J. Markoff, 27, of Deposit, was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony, following a warrant execution in the village of Windsor.

Dwayne C. Matto, 44, of Endicott, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the town of Union.

Adam M. Mittl, 43, of Maine, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the town of Maine.

Urias B. Morales-Lopez, 39, of Johnson City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, a misdemeanor, and reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a DWI investigation in the town of Chenango.

Peter R.S. Pisani, 50, of Endicott, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the town of Union.

Angel M. Rubrecht, 37, of Endicott, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
