BETHEL, VT — A woman was arrested on a drug-related DUI charge after her vehicle was found crashed off an interstate on-ramp early Thursday morning.
Troopers from the Westminster State Police Barracks discovered a vehicle off the roadway of the Interstate 91 Exit 3 southbound on-ramp at 12 a.m. March 25, 2026.
While investigating the crash, troopers detected signs of impairment from the operator, identified as Tiffany R. Wills, 33, of Fairlee.
Wills was arrested and taken to the Royalton State Police Barracks for processing.
She was later released with a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on May 12, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of DUI – drugs.
