NORWOOD, NY — Norwood Village Police arrested a Canton man on a warrant issued by Potsdam Town Court.
Joshua J. Barkley, 35, of Canton, was taken into custody following alleged violations of his probation terms.
Barkley was previously arrested in 2024 for stealing marijuana plants from a residence in Norwood and was sentenced to probation.
Canton Police arrested Barkley during a traffic stop in their village and turned him over to Norwood Police on the warrant.
He was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and ordered held without bail until his court appearance in Potsdam Town Court.
