HARTFORD, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a 41-year-old Hartford man on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 89.
Troopers from the Royalton Barracks were dispatched at approximately 12:08 p.m. March 23, 2026, to a report of a crash on I-89 north near Exit 1.
Troopers identified the operator as Anatoly Kishinevski, 41, of Hartford.
Police said Kishinevski was operating a 1994 Volvo 940 on I-89 when he crashed.
Troopers observed indicators of impairment while on scene, according to police.
Kishinevski was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing.
He was released with a criminal citation to appear in court.
Kishinevski was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, police said.
The vehicle sustained no damage.
