SAUGERTIES, NY — A man faces multiple felony charges following his arrest Friday afternoon.
Isaias G. Guerra, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Mike Krout Road.
Guerra was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.
He was also charged with the traffic infraction of having an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
Guerra was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
