HORNELL, NY — A 28-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving and stalking charges after allegedly following another vehicle into the city in an erratic manner.
Jacob R. Sanford, of Wayland, was taken into custody without incident on May 25, 2026.
The Hornell Police Department received a report from a complainant who was traveling toward the city and alleged she was being followed by another vehicle.
