BATH, NY — The Bath Police Department arrested a woman on charges of criminal contempt and criminal trespass following an incident on East William Street.
Police were dispatched to an address on East William Street at approximately 3:06 p.m. June 1 for a trespass in progress.
The caller reported there was a stay away order of protection in place protecting the caller from the suspect.
Upon arrival, officers located the suspect inside the residence.
The suspect had injuries and was turned over to medical personnel.
Angel Jackson, 27, of Bath, was released from the hospital around 2:50 p.m. June 2 and was located at the Finger Lakes Inn and Suites on West Morris Street.
Jackson was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree, both Class A misdemeanors.
Jackson was processed on her charges and transported to the Steuben County Jail where she is currently held on bail.
