BATH, NY — A man was arrested on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Thomas Weinman, 43, of Hornell, was taken into custody by the Hornell Police Department on June 3, 2026, on a Bath Police Department arrest warrant.
Weinman is charged with failure to register as a sex offender, second offense, a class D felony.
Police said Weinman moved from a previous address in Bath and did not register his new address in Hornell within the required time frame.
Weinman was processed and arraigned in Bath Village Court, where he was remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
Police said Weinman is a six-time convicted felon.
