HORNELL, NY — Police arrested a man accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on May 15, 2026.
Ethan M. Clark, 22, of Hornell, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
The City of Hornell Police Department responded to Hornell Walmart for a report of a larceny.
An investigation revealed that Clark allegedly stole merchandise from the store.
Clark was taken into custody without incident.
He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Hornell City Court at a later date.
