Man arrested on drug charge in Halfmoon

HALFMOON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle call Sunday at 6:43 p.m. in the Lowe’s parking lot.

Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Eric P. Miller, 52, of Clifton Park, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony.

Miller is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a narcotic drug with intent to sell it.

He was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings in that court.
