MILLVILLE, NJ — Police are searching for a 37-year-old woman last seen at her home Sunday afternoon. Nicole Estella Rowland, who goes by Nikki, was last seen at approximately 1:15 p.m. Feb. 16 at her residence in Millville, according to the Millville Police Department. Rowland is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. She has a distinctive rose and stars tattoo on her right forearm.
