HALFMOON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office conducted a vehicle stop for speed not reasonable and prudent Friday at 12:55 a.m. on U.S. Route 9.
Investigation into the stop led to the arrest of Deanna J. Davey, 51, of Schaghticoke, for driving while ability impaired by drugs and speed not reasonable and prudent.
Davey is accused of operating a motor vehicle while her ability to do so was impaired by the use of a drug.
She is also charged with operating her vehicle at a greater speed than was reasonable and prudent under the circumstances.
Davey was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Halfmoon Town Court.
