FERRISBURGH — A 49-year-old man was arrested Wednesday evening on multiple charges, including providing false information to law enforcement.
Vermont State Police responded to U.S. Route 7 near Little Chicago Road at approximately 5:27 p.m. after receiving information that a man walking in the area had an active arrest warrant.
Troopers made contact with the individuals and identified one as Thomas H. Bryan.
Bryan initially gave a false name before being taken into custody.
He was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing and cited for false information to law enforcement.
Bryan is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division on Oct. 13 at 12:30 p.m.
He was also lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility due to an active arrest warrant.
Bryan is scheduled to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court Criminal Division on Aug. 7 at 8:30 a.m.
