HALFMOON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 20-year-old Clifton Park woman Monday evening following a suspicious person complaint.
Victoria L. Bondari was taken into custody at 5:02 p.m. on Eastwood Drive and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, aggravated family offense and criminal trespass in the second degree.
The criminal contempt and aggravated family offense charges are class E felonies, while the criminal trespass charge is a class A misdemeanor.
Bondari is accused of knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in a dwelling and violating an order of protection by being at the location.
The criminal contempt charge was elevated to a felony due to a previous conviction for criminal contempt within the preceding five years.
She is also charged with committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the preceding five years.
Bondari was arraigned before Judge Joseph V. Fodera in Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
