BRISTOL — The Vermont State Police New Haven Barracks received a report of a motor vehicle striking a parked vehicle on Route 116 at approximately 6:04 p.m. July 27.
During the investigation, Jamey Pattison, 37, of Middlebury showed signs of impairment.
Pattison was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and processed at the New Haven Barracks.
Pattison was later issued a citation to appear at a later date and time in Addison County Superior Court.
The charges include second-offense DUI, driving with a suspended license and negligent operation.
