FRANKLIN — Vermont State Police received a report of a verbal dispute occurring in the vicinity of Lake Road by Riley Road on July 26 at approximately 6:15 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Cody Rushford, 30, of Alburgh, had caused property damage to the vehicle of Anthony Poissant, 35, who is transient, stemming from a road rage incident.
Rushford was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 8 at 10 a.m. for the offense of unlawful mischief.
